How do I return an item?

At Cowboy Shopping Network, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange less shipping and handling within 30 days of receipt.  All returned items must be in their original packaging and must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition.

EXCEPTIONS

We will not take returns on jewelry, cologne or perfume, vitamins or supplements, or food items due to health and contamination reasons. If you receive any of the products and they are damaged please feel free to contact us and we will make every attempt to fix the problem.

PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive to us. Once your package has been delivered, it can take up to 7 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund or put in an exchange order. We will contact you via email or phone as soon as we have processed your return.

REFUNDS

A confirmation will be emailed to you if you request a refund.  We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your package but it may take your bank 3 or more days to post the refund to your account. Shipping and handling fees on your original order are nonrefundable.

EXCHANGES

If you have requested an exchange, we will email you your new order. Shipping and handling on an exchange will be covered by us.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe that the item you have received is defective or may be defective please contact us at 1-866-988-5555. Once we have received your items we will inspect it thoroughly and decide if we can replace the order or issue a refund.  We can not guarantee a replacement or refund, but will do our best to make our decision as fast as possible.

EMBROIDERED/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Customized or embroidered orders cannot be returned or exchanged. You may not return any item that you have altered or customized yourself and they are not eligible for an exchange.

JEWELRY

Jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

VITAMINS/SUPPLEMENTS/FOOD

We do not accepts returns for vitamins or supplements due to contamination reasons.
